Diogenes’ Middle Finger: Is Your Favorite Charity Paying For A CEO’s Mansion?
I know people can be kind hearted and want to donate to help those who have had their lives turned upside down by tragedy and disaster. But for those who take on a fiduciary responsibility to collect and presumably distribute collected donations to those recipients of said collection efforts, I know there is a special place in hell for the criminal malfeasance and cold, self-centered heartedness they display by benefiting themselves beyond reasonable explanation and failing to fulfill their obligations.
Exorbitant salaries and benefits for non-profit CEO’s? Failing to pass through fund collected for specific causes and hoarding for whatever purposes? Unconscionable.
I don’t give unless I can do so directly to those in need. Gotta by pass the corruption that is the charity mafia.
Charity organizations? Are you serious? Are you frick’in kidding me?
